Which vehicle types are available across the three plans?
The Single-Day plan uses a compact vehicle suited for urban driving. The Three-Day plan uses a mid-size vehicle with adequate boot space for family luggage. The Weeklong Touring plan provides a comfort-class vehicle with additional space and a smoother long-distance ride.
Can I arrange a pickup outside of standard office hours during the holidays?
The Three-Day and Weeklong plans include early-pickup arrangements suited for holiday-morning departures. Specific timing is discussed during the booking process. Please contact us to confirm your preferred window.
What does the road condition briefing include?
The briefing covers typical traffic congestion windows on festive travel days, suggested alternate routes for common inter-state journeys, and general advice on rest stop planning along the North-South and East-West corridors.
Is the contingency vehicle dispatch automatic or do I need to call for it?
The contingency dispatch in the Weeklong Touring plan is activated by contacting our support line. It is not automatic — you would call us to report a significant road delay or vehicle concern, and our team coordinates the response from there.
How far in advance should I make a booking for the festive period?
We recommend reaching out at least two weeks before your intended departure date. Festive pickup windows tend to fill up closer to major public holidays, so earlier enquiries make it easier to confirm your preferred schedule.
What documents do I need to bring for the vehicle handover?
You will need a valid Malaysian driving licence (or international driving permit if applicable), your MyKad or passport, and a copy of your booking confirmation. Additional documentation requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
