How We Structure Each Rental
Every Lumenwheel rental begins with a booking consultation. We ask about your travel dates, your intended route or destination region, and your group size. From there, we recommend the most suitable plan and confirm vehicle availability for that window.
The handover happens at our Cyberjaya location. We review the vehicle with you — condition, documentation, and any specific road notes — before you depart. On return, the same checklist applies.
Our three plans each follow this same process, but with adjustments appropriate to the duration. The single-day plan is the most straightforward. The three-day plan adds the route briefing and early-pickup option. The weeklong plan adds the relaxed return window and contingency dispatch provision.
All pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. No items are added after the handover date is set.
Plan 01
Single-Day Holiday Compact
RM 510 / day
A single-day holiday-season compact rental, suited for festive visiting and short city travel. Includes a brief on common holiday-day road conditions in and around the Klang Valley.

Three-Day Holiday Plan

A three-day plan in a mid-size vehicle, suited for festive travel between family households across nearby states. Includes an early-pickup arrangement for holiday-day departures.

What Applies to Every Plan
Current Documentation
Road tax and insurance are current on every vehicle in the fleet before it is made available for rental.
Pre-Departure Check
Tyres, fluids, lights, and interior condition are reviewed before each handover, regardless of plan tier.
PDPA Data Handling
Renter personal data is collected only for booking processing and held under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act.
Support Line Access
Our team is reachable during office hours throughout your rental period for vehicle or documentation queries.
MYR Pricing Only
All plan prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. The agreed amount at booking is the amount charged — no revisions after handover date is set.
Documented Handover
Vehicle condition is recorded at pickup and return. Both parties review the same checklist, so there are no disputes about pre-existing marks.
